Workshop Overview

This communications course is a powerful program for leaders who desire to better interact with their teams. It aims to teach participants usable tools and strategies to help them become better with people.

This course covers everything from behavioural profiling as well as step-by-step action plans to use in various circumstances.

Please note: This course also includes DISC® Profiling which assesses individuals on four behaviour styles that include either dominance, influence, steadiness or conscientiousness. This predicts how the individual is most likely to act/react to certain situations.
